These general terms and conditions of sale apply to any products you purchase from our website/pages, These terms and conditions are designed to set out clearly our responsibilities and your rights. Please read these carefully before placing your order.

We ensure that your privacy is protected while using our services. We take responsibility for all the personal data (such as your name, address, email address and phone number) that you provide us with. We use the information that we collect to fulfill our commitments to you and to provide you with the service that you expect. This includes sending you information and offers for marketing purposes. In order to provide you with relevant offers and information, We will only keep your data for as long as necessary to carry out our services to you or for as long as we are required by law. After this your personal data will be deleted.

Returns and Exchanges:
- We will only exchange or refund any product(s) if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect/Faulty from OUR END.
- Please note that the product must be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice.
-Complaint should be made within 24 hours after delivery of the product. the exchange will be offered within 7-10 days.
- There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to entertain return/exchange. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
1- Exchange request is made outside the specified time period.
2- Product is damaged because of wear and tear.
3- Product has been tampered.
4- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

- Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
-As we work on smaller batches/limited sized stocks, we cannot exchange product(s) if ordered in wrong size. Therefore, we recommend you to check our size sheets and description thoroughly before placing the order.
- Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore product(s) cannot be exchanged for this reason.

-We do not entertain exchange/return on the basis of 'Change of mind'
- You can contact us by emailing images of defected/faulty products at: clothingbrown@gmail.com within 24 hours after delivery. Our team reviews the product and will assist according to your query .
-We don't practice refund policies.

- We deliver nationally and Internationally.
- Delivery in 6-8 working days (Maximum)
- Delivery Charges within Karachi PKR 250/
- Delivery Charges outside Karachi PKR 350/-
- For out-zone areas delivery charges may vary.
